Step 9: After this, stabilize the body and stay in this position for 30 seconds and breathe in and out normally. By gradually increasing this exercise, you can remain in this position for 3 minutes.

Step 10: After this, leaving the body loose, bend the knees and gently bring the body to the normal position with the help of the palms.

Step 11: After this, rest for 10 seconds and do this asana again. You can do this complete asana 3 times.
