Young persons should need to drink at least 1.5 liters of fluid daily. Dehydration is harmful to us, but we can safely use plain water or flavors like Fruit juices, tea, soft drinks, milk, and other drinks. 

Don’t eat, overcook, or burn your meat.

Meat is a healthy part of a diet, and it’s rich with very high protein and contains lots of important nutrients. But problems occur when meat is overcooked or burnt during the cooking. This meat can be harmful to health because it is the main creation of harmful compounds. These harmful compounds raise the risk of cancer.
